PriceSize

The price size is a simplified version of the Price scaling.

For font sizes <24 sp, PriceSizeStyle.SingleSize will be enforced for the price.

For font sizes >=24 sp both PriceSizeStyle.SingleSize and PriceSizeStyle.MixedSize are allowed. PriceSizeStyle.MixedSize is however recommended to allow the decimals, currency and subscript label to be 50% of the integer's font size.
